Our experience at Nalini Speciality Hospital was very good from beginning to end. The hospital has all the facilities needed for treatment, and the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall maintenance were really good. Everything was well organised and managed properly during our stay, which made the whole process smooth and comfortable.
We are especially thankful to Dr. Shinjini Pandey Mam. Her expertise, guidance, and caring nature gave us a lot of confidence throughout the treatment and surgery. She gave personal attention to my wife, explained things properly, and we always felt reassured knowing that my wife was under her care.
The staff also made our experience very special. The care and kindness we received were much more than we expected. From the administration team and duty doctors to the nurses, helpers, and everyone else we interacted with, all of them were polite, patient, understanding, and helpful.
In many hospitals, patients and their families hesitate to ask even simple questions because they feel they may be dismissed or may trouble the staff. But here, we felt comfortable asking anything. Every call was answered politely, every concern was handled patiently, and at no point did we feel that we were troubling anyone.
We were away from home in Mumbai for a complex surgery, but the hospital made us feel comfortable and supported. It did not feel like we were staying in a hospital; it felt like we were staying at home.

I had endometriosis surgery in Bangalore last year, but unfortunately, the surgery was not successful. After going through that difficult experience, I decided to have my second surgery in Mumbai with Dr. Vivek Salunke, and I am extremely grateful that I chose him and his team.
From the very beginning, Dr. Vivek Salunke listened patiently to all our concerns, understood my situation, and explained everything clearly. He is very approachable, professional, and genuinely caring towards his patients. The surgery was handled very well, and I truly appreciate the care and expertise he and his entire team provided.
I would also like to specially thank Dr. Madhu and Dr. Vivek Sir’s assistant, Priyanka Ma’am, for their constant support and help throughout the treatment. They were always approachable and patiently addressed our concerns.
Even after my second surgery, I had some complications and concerns during the recovery period. What really stood out to me was that the entire team remained reachable and supportive whenever we needed them. It has been more than three months since my surgery, but even now, whenever we reach out regarding any concern or issue, they respond and guide us. That kind of continued support means a lot to a patient.
I would also like to mention Dr. Divitha, who understood the criticality of my situation very well, explained everything to me patiently, and helped me overcome a difficult phase. I am truly thankful for her support.

Overall, after having a disappointing surgical experience in Bangalore, my experience with Dr. Vivek Salunke and his entire team in Mumbai was completely different. I am writing this review with immense gratitude for my treatment at Nalini Speciality Hospital .
I was suffering from Endometriosis and was advised removal of uterus (hysterectomy). Like any woman, I was very anxious and emotionally overwhelmed. From the first consultation itself, Dr. Shinjini Pande made me feel so comfortable and confident. She explained my condition, the entire procedure, and post-op care with so much patience and clarity.
The surgery was smooth and my recovery has been much better than I expected, all because of her expertise and the excellent care from the entire hospital staff. The hospital is very clean, nurses are extremely supportive, and everything was handled very professionally and with compassion.
